What information we collect

When you create a Testifeed account or use our service, we collect information such as your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe). When your customers submit testimonials through Testifeed, we also collect the content they provide — including their name, role, company, photo, rating, and written or video testimonial.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Testifeed service
• Send transactional emails, testimonial request sequences, and account notifications
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Improve our product and respond to support requests

Data storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, with infrastructure located in the EU and US. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Testifeed:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — sending transactional and sequence emails
• OpenAI — AI-generated email sequence copy
• Anthropic — AI-assisted features such as sentiment analysis
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage

Cookies

Testifeed uses session cookies only, to keep you signed in and to maintain your session while you use the dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
