By creating an account or otherwise using Testifeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Testifeed is a platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and showcase customer testimonials through automated email sequences, a testimonial dashboard, and embeddable widgets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to use Testifeed to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to collect, host, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and processed securely through Stripe. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain ownership of all testimonial content collected through your account. By using Testifeed, you grant us a licence to host, store, and display that content as part of providing the service to you, including via your embedded widgets.
Testifeed is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Testifeed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or if your account is inactive on an unpaid plan for an extended period.
